Contains bug fixes to improve upon the first release candidate of Training Day.
It has come to my attention of some bugs that have cropped up from user reports. Originally I said I would not post further versions, but I felt that, as a level designer, that I should fix these problems myself.
RC2 is to be released shortly. There will be no significant changes to layout or appearance, merely things such as clipping adjustments, bug fixes, etc. to improve the performance of the map.
I am sorry for any inconvinience this may bring. We hope you have enjoyed it so far,
Training Day RC1 is available now for offline play on Quake Live. Hopefully it will not be offline for long - the devs have looked at it and if all goes well, hopefully you`ll be able to take this map to the net.
I will not make large-scale changes anymore as the devs have already looked at it, and I don`t want to be rude and post another version for them to have to download. But I will try to contact them about the minor issues that are in the map, so that it is "clean" when it comes to QL officially.
Thanks to all who have downloaded this map. I`ve been working on this for a while now, so I feel it`s time start work on my next map, named "Domain of Red Snakes". Blueprints to come in the near future, hopefully betas / alphas soon after.
